For those of you who don't know what Penn State's Dance
Marathon is, I will do my best to explain it. But trust me, there is
not a better way to understand it than by experiencing it in person.
THON has been a Penn State tradition since .

heard of it, but Penn State students run the largest student-run
philanthropy in the world, Thon. Thon is a 46 hour no sitting, no
sleeping Dance Marathon held each February on the campus at University
Park. .
THON is a year round fundraising event benefiting The Four
Diamonds Fund, Conquering Childhood Cancer, at the Penn State
Children's Hospital in Hershey, PA. The year culminates in a
no-sitting, no-sleeping, two day dance marathon held .
